Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: We typically process orders within 1-3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks. Domestic US shipping will be 7-14 business days
Q: What is your return policy?
A: 15 day return policy, item must not be worn or used and customer is responsible for return shipping
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we can't guarantee that we'll be able to make changes after your order has been processed.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, currently we do NOT offer International Shipping but we hope to begin doing so this year!
Q: What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
A: If your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may ask you to provide photos or other documentation of the damage.
